To celebrate the recent release of Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa™, four extra special guests from DreamWorks Animation will be dropping into the Alton Towers Resort on selected dates this January and February. Have breakfast with Alex the Lion, join Skipper the Penguin on a treasure hunt, party with Po from Kung Fu Panda in the waterpark and see your favourite ogre Shrek! Experience unlimited family fun! Characters Alex the Lion, Skipper the Penguin, Po and Shrek will ensure breakfast time is extra special as the children fuel-up for the Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa themed treasure hunt. Special screenings of Kung Fu Panda, Shrek and Madagascar (2005 original film*) will keep the fun flowing right through to dinner, before it's time to get ready for a disco party finale in the Waterpark! In addition to the two fantastically themed Hotels, the tropical Waterpark and the marvellous mayhem of Extraordinary Golf always on offer at the Resort, Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa children's activities will also be available, including face painting, colouring and t-shirt making.
